Full course description
The course emphasizes culturally humble leadership, systems thinking, and responsible use of data as tools to anaylyze and transform public health practice. Through reflection, case studies, and applies exercises, learners explore how personal identity, positionality, and power dynamics influence decision-making, relationships, and community partnerships. The coruse prepares students to lead with integrity, design interventions that address root causes of inequity, and use data thoughtfully to inform policies and programs that promote justice and equity in public health systems.
